Hi, I’m Heather, the Licensed Massage Therapist behind Integrated Bodywork. With nearly a decade of experience and thousands of hours of continuing education, I’ve built my practice around one core belief: your body deserves skilled, thoughtful, and individualized care. I’ve trained in a wide range of advanced modalities, including deep tissue, sports massage, PNMT, ashiatsu, warm bamboo, manual lymphatic drainage, isolated stretching, trauma-informed care, cupping, pre and perinatal massage, manual therapy for voice and swallowing disorders, RockTape kinesiology taping, and extensive orthopedic massage coursework for the upper and lower body. I’m committed to lifelong learning and am always expanding my skill set. Each new class I take allows me to refine my skills and offer even more effective, individualized treatments for the people who trust me with their care.
